Most of what goes wrong has a short answer. If yours is not here, write to us.
Counting and records
The camera has to see your whole body. Stand the phone on the ground a few steps back, on its side for push-ups and upright for pull-ups and squats. Even light helps. A low sun straight behind you does not.
Every record is checked. An attempt is turned down when the count is impossible for the time it took, when your body leaves the frame, or when the person reviewing it cannot tell what happened. The message says which one it was.
A record belongs to a place. The app checks where you are when the set starts and when it ends, and it will not submit an attempt from anywhere else.
No. Frames are read on your phone and thrown away as they go. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept, and a set works with no connection at all.
Spots and photos
Add it. Stand at the place, open the plus button and send it in with a photo. Somebody checks it and then it is there for everybody.
Report it from the spot page. A wrong name, a wrong place and equipment that has been taken away all go to the same queue.
A photo has to show the place, and no face but your own.
Your account
Logging in is a six character code by mail. Look in spam. A code lasts ten minutes and works once.
Settings, then Notifications. Five groups, each with a switch. Nothing arrives at night, and never more than four in a day.
Settings, Account, Delete account. Or use the page for it if the app is already off your phone. Your account and everything on it goes.
It is being built. The badge on this site stays grey until the listing is real, and then it becomes a link.
Write to us and a person reads it. Tell us which phone you have and what you were doing when it went wrong.
