Every park, pull-up bar and outdoor gym in your city is a leaderboard, and somebody else set the number on it. Go there, do one set, and your phone counts it with the camera.

Pull-ups, push-ups, squats
Put the phone on the ground and stand in front of it. It reads thirty-three points on your body and calls every rep out loud, so you never look at the screen.
The camera
The counting happens on the phone itself. No video leaves it, not to us and not to anybody else. What gets sent is a number.
Not the best in the country
The record at a bar can be out of reach. Your rival is not. The app puts one player in front of you, at your level, at a place you both use, and tells you the gap. Beat them and it picks the next one. They get the same card about you.
And 4,134 of the challenges on the map have nobody on them at all. No number to beat, just be the first.
One record, one place
One set is enough. Beat the number at a place and it is yours, until somebody does one more. That is the bar in your park and the outdoor gym down the street. Hold enough of them and the district carries your face. The city comes long after that.

Held by somebody elseThe last few hours
A record only changes hands when somebody stands at the place and beats the number.
The map is already there. The app is not, yet.
